The best Music Community Script so far is from Jamroom.net. The artist website manager, at the same time, it's a community builder like phpizabi. You can download the full source code here, or you can visit their website for more details about the software:

But, this is not 100% free, you should purchase the script in order to get the full features of it. The Shareware version of Jamroom is fully functioning, with the only restriction being the unregistered version is limited to creating 5 Artist Profiles. All other functionality not found in the Jamroom Bonus Pack and Jamroom Power Pack is included. Registering Jamroom is highly recommended, as it will gain you access to the Jamroom Bonus Pack, as well as "unlock" your Jamroom to support, 25, 100 or even Unlimited Artist Profiles.
